"I had a comfortable stay at Washington Hotel Kansai Airport. The room was spacious, much larger than I expected for an airport hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the terminal and train station. Great choice for travelers catching early flights."

"The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for a reasonable price. The hotel’s location was very convenient for food and shopping nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful. Extra amenities such sleep clothes, lotions, toothbrushes etc. were available. I would definitely book a room here again. "

"Breakfast was great as well as the general menu. Lobby was excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. The location fantastic for the connection to transit and the tram. Didn’t like having to pay for the pool and sauna though as I thought they should be free, just like the gym. Still overall a great place to spend a few days. "

"Room didn't seem vacuumed since I saw hair that did not belong to me. One of the bath towels had brown stain and unsure if it was clean. Other than that, room was clean and staff was nice. Unfortunately, I only found out airport shuttle only operated early in the morning when checking in. I wish I knew this far in advance. So, I had to take the train instead since my flight was a bit past noon."
