Property is approximately 900 ft from both the Swamp and the O'Connell center making it one of the closest properties to the gameday fun. Unit includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and outdoor patio. Property has ample room for any tailgate experience. Property is a duplex.
