Montefiorile is a peaceful hillside hamlet in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, set within one of Tuscany’s most beautiful landscapes. The holiday homes are arranged along a sunny south-facing slope and enjoy sweeping views across rolling hills carpeted with vineyards. Each property has its own private garden or terrace and features traditional terracotta floors and ceilings that reflect the warm, authentic Tuscan style. The layout of the hamlet has been carefully planned so that beautiful views unfold from almost every corner. Mature oak trees provide welcome shade during the heat of the day, while the shared pool offers a refreshing escape. In the evenings, the surroundings become wonderfully calm, with wildlife emerging and stars glittering in the dark sky. Montefiorile is car free, with a large parking area at the entrance, and due to its hillside setting, steps lead to each holiday home. The picturesque village of Lecchi lies just 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot via a well-maintained, gently hilly path. Here you will find the excellent Ristorante Malborghetto and a small but well-stocked grocery shop. Another charming village within walking distance is San Sano. The medieval town of Radda in Chianti, with shops and good restaurants, is about 8 km away. Set in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region, Montefiorile is surrounded by wineries offering tastings, including Castello di Ama less than 2 km away and Castello di Brolio, reachable in around 25 minutes by car. Siena, Arezzo and Florence are all great options for memorable day trips.

About the villa

Scorpione is an inviting semi-detached cottage with a garden and a balcony that opens onto picturesque views of vineyards and the gentle Chianti hills. In the pretty garden, a pergola-shaded seating and dining area and a private hot tub provide the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation. Inside, wooden ceiling beams, terracotta floors and beautiful furnishings create a warm and homely atmosphere.
