Once renovated by an artist, the villa is tastefully furnished and blends traditional Tuscan style with modern elegance. It’s perfect for a couple or a small family of three looking to enjoy the quiet charm and natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside. The house is well located for exploring the region’s highlights. The renowned winery Casanova di Bricciano is just 500 metres away, and Gaiole in Chianti, with its restaurants, shops, and a small supermarket, is only 10 minutes by car. Day trips to Siena, Florence, Arezzo, and San Gimignano are all easily possible from here. Trifoglio enjoys a peaceful position within a historic rural hamlet, surrounded by olive groves and green hills. Despite its secluded setting, the area’s amenities are easily accessible. The single-level stone house features a covered terrace directly outside the front door, perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast.
