Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are all within convenient reach for day trips. Lecchi, four kilometres away, offers the well-known Ristorante Malborghetto and a small, well-stocked grocery shop. Additional shops and restaurants can be found in Radda, six kilometres away.
The outdoor areas highlight the beauty of the property. A courtyard beneath a pergola covered with old vines sits just outside the kitchen, creating a delightful space for outdoor meals. Nearby are an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a former bread oven now used for pizza, as well as a sheltered dining area with a large table. A terrace runs along the side of the house, opening up views of the surrounding countryside. Terracotta planters filled with flowering plants and lemon trees add Mediterranean charm, while the generous pool lies just a few steps away.
