"Really impressed with the service! The staff were warm, friendly and very attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, including an early check-in, which we really appreciated as we were travelling with a toddler. A special mention to Wan, who handled our check-in seamlessly and did so with so much warmth and friendliness. We really appreciated the thoughtful service. The variety at the dinner buffet was good as well. I really love staying at this hotel. This isn’t my first stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last! "Got the room with the balcony, which was great. Dining at the hotel; buffet breakfast and dinner was great, good spread of varieties just shame that simple soft drinks such as Coke is not included with the buffet dinner. Hotel is also close and within walking distance from the reopened and revamp mall, which mean good dining options. Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"
