"We only stayed overnight between the afternoon ferry from Isabela and the morning ferry to San Cristobal. It is difficult to rate the hotel as we were not there long. Our room did have a nice balcony with a hammock. The room had a mini fridge. The water in the shower was cool, couldn’t get it to go hot. The grounds of the hotel were nice and has a small pool. "

"Aaron and Victor were fantastic hosts! Victor even went to the store to make tea for two of our group who were ill. Staying at the Lonesome George is like living in a beautiful treehouse. Photos truly don't do it justice! We would definitely go back! "

"The Tortuga bay suite is right by the street so you hear the street noise until about 10:30pm on workdays and about 11:30pm on a Friday. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. It makes a noise at night and is quite disturbing. With the many mosquitoes, we could not open the windows and it was quite a terrible experience to sleep at night. The soap and shampoo/body wash are diluted. The fridge is incredibly noisy and you cannot sleep with it being on. The plates are dirty and require extra...

"We all (group of 8) LOVED this place! Super fun atmosphere and furnishings, very nice rooms, great location. Victor and Aaron were super helpful with rides for our big group and info about the area. Wish we had more time to hang out here - excellent vibe."
