“I stayed here in 2013, 2016, 2024, 2025 and again this year 2026. They have had an EV Charger since 2013. During each of those stay's, I reported to management that the EV charger locking mechanism was broken each time I stayed here.
That was 16 years ago. that it was first reported by me that it was broken. I remembered what it looked like. It had never been fixed. The charger worked, but what they seem to fail to understand is that when a charger cord is removed, without the locking mechanism……
