“Our room was filthy. Used cotton swabs in the floor, fingernails all over the bed under the covers, cigarette burns and stains in the sheets. The bathroom door had a huge hole in it. The main room door did not seal all the way, you could see outside lights from the crack in the door. Manager said there was nothing they could do about it, and they would not come clean the room, we could wait until morning, or check out.”
