“Bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the mattress needed to be replaced. The furniture in the bar and breakfast area was worn out and looked bad. I should have taken a picture and posted it.. I was almost afraid to sit on the chairs. Hard for me to imagine that the facility was so worn out and the staff was so good. Bartender was awesome, front desk attendants worked hard every day that I was there.”

“Easy check in. Clean hotel and room. Quiet facility and close to mall and restaurants. We called for an extra blanket and staff delivered quickly.”

“Two entrances had broken doors, one of which had no door. Remote didn’t work right for the tv, and the room smelled. AC system barely functioned. The breakfast was very limited.”

“We stayed there last year, and it was acceptable. However, this year when we were to check in, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson.”

“We checked in late and it was dark. Host responded to our text, came to help us if needed. I didn't see a hot tub... and there was no breakfast. I read somewhere there was but it's ok. The place allows family to all rest in one area together, which with kids is great. The river is pretty. Also it has 1 full or queen, 1 bunk bed. And a loft which is high up appropriate for a teen. And a small couch, not big enough to sleep on. So truly this would sleep 4-5. Unless you had a small kid ok to sleep……
