Galveston Tropical Pelican Watch! Beautiful Gulf view can be enjoyed from the living area and the oversized balcony. This condo sleeps 8 with third and fourth floor views of the water and is decorated with contemporary artwork. The open living areas has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and glass sliding doors that lead to paradise. When you're ready to relax step out to the furnished balcony. This is a two story condo with all living areas located downstairs including a convenient half bath. If you choose to dine in, there is a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. There are plenty of options to dine at the breakfast bar, dining table or enjoy al fresco dining. Two bedrooms and two baths are located upstairs. The master suite has a king size bed and private bath and overlooks the largest pool at the Maravilla. You can also relax in bed and watch the flat screen tv. The second bedroom offers a twin over double bunk with an additional trundle pull-out below, a flat screen tv and an exit to a separate smaller balcony. There are 3 elevators, this unit is closest to the back elevator; there are 10 additional steps to get to the unit.

The condo has a full-size Washer/Dryer and Free WiFi for your convenience. This condo is also pet friendly.

The Maravilla offers 3 pools on site (one heated) and a hot tub. There is also a fitness center near the front office. There are several charcoal grills and picnic tables located around the property for your use.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Galveston Island is a great vacation destination with a variety of activities to enjoy. Within walking distance from the Maravilla, there are go-carts, mini-golf, fishing and restaurants. There are many great restaurants around the island. Be sure to visit the Historic Strand District and enjoy a day of shopping there or drive to the nearby Outlet Mall located within 30 minutes of the Island. For entertainment of all ages, spend time at the Pleasure Pier or Schlitterbahn Galveston. You might even enjoy a show at The Grand 1894 Opera House.

While we welcome guests of all ages, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 for the 1st pet and $50.00 for the second pet. 25 lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

Great condo!
Our family and dog had a great time staying at this condo! It is exactly as represented in the photos. The front door combo is timed, so it will accept your key code exactly at check in time. Walking in, the condo smelled clean (like Fabuloso!) and was comfortable. The pool is pretty and its nice being walking distance to a few activities, but not right in the chaos. The condo was perfect, but the building and grounds itself needs some work. Theres quite a bit of cosmetic updating needed, the dog park is sand and overgrown with weeds, and the grounds needed more general cleaning up. Our only drawback to the condo itself is there are 10 unavoidable stairs to get to the front door. So rolling heavy luggage or coolers inside in a cart or wagon isnt possible.

Great location, amazing pool, great condo! The only things I would suggest is having pool/beach towels for guests. Also, a few laundry pods would be great so people could wash the towels they use. After being in the pool and beach, the towels start to get smelly. Other than that, it was fabulous!

I love all the options here. It's right by the beach but includes pool access and grills. Large balcony/patio overlooking the pool and two full bathrooms upstairs. The place was clean and check-in was easy.

Best pool!
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect loved the view of the pool and ocean from our balcony. We didn’t have any issues with the wait time for our elevator. During the wk the property was practically empty. My only complaint is the heated pool was definitely not heated. Luckily we had some very hot days so all the pools although they were cold we’re still usable. I wish the condo would of had some items for people to use such as a cooler, maybe some sand toys. Just some things for folks that fly in like we did could use during our stay. But we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great place! Big enough do we didn’t feel all cramped in the condo. Full size kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. If I had one complaint it would be that I wished the patio furniture was nicer and that the patio was covered. But that’s the tiniest of complaints, everything else was excellent and way above average.

Out side the room a wooden stair way and at night no lights...the bottom step crooked ..I fell and injured my left knee....dr appt next week...definitely needs side rails step fixed and lighting

The photos and descriptions are accurate Except don’t count on the pullout couch. It is broken and per previous reviews has been since Aug 2020. Frame is broken making it impossible to sleep on. We had to improvise Other than that it was just as nice as the pictures I would definitely recommend this property

Great location, good property
Really enjoyed our stay - great location on west end of Seawall allowed both a quick drive into the "main" part of the seawall for restaurants, Pleasure Pier, etc as well as a short trip to the more open beaches on the west end of the island. Pool and other amenities of property were great, but one elevator (nearest this unit) was not working and others were slow. Be prepared to use stairs as this unit is on 3rd floor. Liked the layout of the unit with two full bedrooms and 2.5 baths as well as a nice balcony overlooking pool area with ocean behind that (pictured). Balcony edges were shared with other neighboring units (separated by a rail), but the view made up for that. Our specific unit had some water damage above kitchen that was being repaired as we checked out. This was our second trip to this complex/location (different unit) and we'll definitely consider it for future trips!

Great customer service
Michelle Hatmaker and staff at Beach Time Vacation Rentals were very friendly, provided excellent customer service and accommodations. They were very fast to answer any questions I had. We had a great vacation with our kids and the condo was just as expected. The master bed was super soft and comfortable and had a great view out the window. of the lovely pools and of the ocean. The outside balcony we enjoyed having dinner on, with an awesome view. I would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely be booking it again in the future.

We had a good stay overall. The floors need swept and mopped, my baby had black legs and feet from crawling on the floor for a short time and what looked like pet hair. That is my only complaint, otherwise it was good and I would definitely consider renting again.

Overall pleased and a great view.
The only major issue, and one that should have been dealt with prior to our stay, was the living room sofa-bed. Sitting ion the sofa was uncomfortable, but when we pulled it out for sleeping, we found the frame was broken, and the "mattress" was basically just a very thin covering with springs enclosed. It was not possible to sleep on it, which caused us to have to double up with the other beds. The ownership should address this asap!

I dont believe this propperty should show up under listings for handicap accessible when there are 10 stairs needed to climb to enter the condo. It made things very inconvenient for ny disabled 12 year old. The property is in a great location and was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The elevator doesnt work all of the time and when the listing states no check in until 4:00pm but the front office tells you that you are good to go when you show up at 2:45pm. Your door code will not work until 4:00pm. We didnt find this out until we hauled everything up stairs. Luckily, the person we needed was on the property and allowed us inside the condo even though it wasnt time.

Major disappointment
We originally chose this property because iIt was advertised as beachfront. This condo was not beachfront at all, in fact you could see the ocean if you really tried but that’s about it. Elevator was broken. We saw a total of three roaches.It was only a small two-seater couch in front of a TV set with no additional seating. The ceiling in the kitchen was water damaged and sagging. The children’s bedroom :bunk beds) had a door lfor outside access which made us uncomfortable. The woman at the front desk was robotic at best not friendly and welcoming at all. When it was time for check out, the maids came in and started cleaning before we were entirely packed up to leave. We’re only two bath towels for the master bath bedroom. The Furnishings and accommodations were sparse at best. This was literally the worst place we have ever stayed and would not recommend it to a friend.
