This 4 bedroom 3 bath house has tons of outdoor living space from the fenced-in Courtyard downstairs with a large table that seats 10, a Bar, and a Tiki Table for those late-night conversations. The ground floor and bonus room have a private entry from the outside and are not connected to the upstairs part of the house.

Enjoy the spacious Living room and Kitchen (fully equipped) upstairs while having great views out the window, or step outside because seeing the ocean will be no problem from the huge deck on the second floor.

Downstairs you have the Kid's room filled with, 3 twin futons, and a TV with Cable. The Master bedroom is also downstairs with its own private bath and Large Jacuzzi tub for Parents who just want to relax.

Are kids getting too noisy? Send them to the detached Kids' Game room (adjacent to the garage) fully equipped with, Board Games, and a Chalkboard Table for the kids to write on take pictures, and capture memories. This room can also function as a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bed

Jamaica Beach`s community pool is located next to the City Park on the corner of Jolly Roger Road & Bob Smith Road. Pool season and hours are typically Memorial-Labor Day weekends, Tuesday - Sunday, 10 am - 8 pm (weather permitting). Admittance is $5/person (over age 6).
