At check out they charged me extra for the twin although in the original booking it clearly said King and Twin, so I dont know where the extra charge came from. Water was not hot and I had to take a cold shower. Shower gel given was half used from previous occupants may be. "Upon arrival they placed me in a room not matching my booking , when I mentioned that to reception they told me all our rooms are the same either a room or a suite and your booking is bed and breakfast; the room to be chosen according to our availability. However; when insisted and tried to show them my booking they changed my room."

"Il y a du punaise dans le lits, la chambre pleine de saleté le robinet de la salle de bain sorte de la saleté la bouffe pas propre grand risque d’attraper des maladies une des gusts est rentrée avec des problèmes de digestion et intoxication intenses mals au abdomen en plus pleins de points à cause des punaises de lits. L’accès à la plage ferme à 21h. Le staff ne réponds jamais aux demandes. Les prix peuvent changer sans préavis ils nous ont chager 270 DT au lieu de 200 DT pour un massage....

"The internet didn't work, so I couldn't do the work I needed to do there. The room has no coffee maker or way to heat water to make tea or instant coffee. No hair dryer and someone came into the room and hid clothes in the cupboard that were sitting on a chair. Thankfully, I did not leave any valuables in the room. Also found an empty bottle of wine hidden in a cupboard. Also, noise from the nightclub next door, as everyone else has mentioned, is loud and continues until 2:00am. This was a...
