I would love to share my appreciation for Joy at Shilla Stay Guro. I arrived in Korea very early in the morning after being away for almost 10 years. So much time had passed that I barely remembered my way around, and I honestly didn’t know where to go at that hour. I wasn’t expecting to check in early. I was just hoping the hotel could store my luggage until check-in time. However, I was also feeling really unwell and desperately needed some rest. That’s when Joy at the concierge desk helped me. She kindly explained everything and arranged an early check-in so I could get some rest. What touched me the most was that she noticed I wasn’t feeling well and, without me even asking, thoughtfully assigned me a room on the quieter side of the hotel. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me, especially after such a long journey and being back in Korea for the first time in 10 years. I truly appreciated not only her help but also her genuine thoughtfulness. Joy made my first morning back in Korea much more comfortable than I could have hoped for. Thank you so much, Joy, for your kindness and warm hospitality. I won’t forget it!

I had a wonderful stay at Crown Park Hotel Seoul! The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. I have 2 rooms booked, they cleaned the room daily. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel was convenient for exploring Seoul, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Crown Park Hotel Seoul to anyone visiting the city and would happily stay here again!
