"Pros: Our stay was great and the house was very accommodating to our needs and a short drive to Beaver Mountain. Great view of Bear Lake from the deck. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very cozy, the furniture was new and very comfortable. Bedding was clean and comfortable. We did not have to do a ton of work when checking out, like some rentals. The bathrooms were orderly and very clean. Cons: The cookware could be improved upon. There were only a few pans and pots and they were very worn out. Cutlery seemed to be ok. The outdoor grill was very greasy and dirty with build up and the propane tank was practically empty, so we could not grill out. The hot tub was nice, chlorinated properly but the water needed to be changed. The water was very foamy, once the bubbles were turned on. The pool table had dead rails, not level and there was only one usable pool cue with a tip. If you are a pool player, this is not an ideal table, more like a table for kids to play on. Chairs and/or a bar table by the pool table would be ideal, since it was standing room only up there."
