Myrtle's Beach House is the perfect house in the perfect location! There are stunning views of the lake from the large deck and from every floor of the house. Located just a block off the walking trail, you can walk to the beach, or downtown to get a raspberry shake. Walk down the trail to the public beach off the city park, or the beach off the marina. Easy access to Rendezvous Beach and North Beach.

This house is perfectly set up for a large group. There are 7 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms AND a loft room with 8 beds and lots of room to play. Two family rooms and a kitchenette in the basement gives you plenty of room to hang out.
The kitchen table seats 8, plus 4 at the bar. Three picnic tables on the deck seat an additional 24.

The yard is a full 1/2 acre, with tons to do! Play a game of volleyball on the professional net, have a great game of outdoor ping pong, play on the play structure, relax in the hammock charts or make some s'mores around the large gas fire pit (seats 16). This is one of the nicest, largest yards in Garden City - so much outdoor fun!

There are 4 beach cruiser and a tandem bike in the garage which guests are welcome to use. When you're ready to go inside there is a speaker system, just plug in your iPod and enjoy! Free super fast WiFi, Direct TV (with sports package) in both family rooms, the master bedroom and basement bedroom. A tankless hot water heater means you don't have to rush back from the lake to get a hot shower!

We have been renting homes in Garden City for our family of 31 for years and we finally bought the house that we would want to rent! We know you will love it as much as we do.

Great house and location!
The house is the perfect size for our group of 22. The kids enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer and the parents were grateful for that! The bikes and playstation were a hit. The listing says it can fit 39 but in my opinion 20 to 25 people is the perfect amount. The kitchen and counterspace was a bit small for preparing for such a large group but we made it work. The pantry was great for keeping everything off the counter. Great house and great location!

We stayed here for a family reunion. The house was lovely. The kitchen well stocked, the outside playground, lawn, and fire pit were really nice. We had 31 in our group and it met our needs. One downside, the loft gets hot.

Great family reunion place!
We absolutely loved our stay at Myrtle's Beach House! Everything we needed was there at our fingertips. We really didn't lack for fun for all ages and the space was perfect for our family of 25 people. It was clean and well outfitted and on a good location.

Excellent House for a Group Trip
The house is immaculate. Clean, well stocked and comfortable for a large group. Plenty of room to cook meals and serve lots of people. Lots of bedrooms and beds, plus the cutest bunk room for kiddos. Comfy beds and good water pressure. Great yard with fire pit, ping pong, play structure, and badminton. We enjoyed sitting out after dinner every night and although there were groups in all the neighboring houses, we never heard them or felt like we were too loud. Close to everything you’d want to do - the lake, bike path and town. Convenient dumpsters in the neighborhood too. The hosts were great. We had an issue that needed attention and they were super responsive and quick to manage it. Clear instructions to use Wi-Fi & electronics are conveniently posted and there are kayas and bikes to borrow. All around a great place. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks for a great stay

Nice Accommodations for our Family Reunion
There were 22 in our family group and the house was the best we've ever stayed in. Because there were plenty of bedrooms, everyone had a comfortable place. Our grandkids enjoyed the big yard and especially the kayaks which we took to the beach twice. The picnic tables outside on the deck made it so we could all eat together. Other than a shortage of hand towels, everything was great and we had a very memorable time together. Thanks so much!

The house was spacious to accommodate 24 of our family for our family reunion. We had a great time. Two minor problems--Toilet in one bathroom had not been cleaned of feces. The rest of the house was very clean. Two of four bikes had flat tires and were unusable. Other than that the property met and exceeded our expectations and provided a joyful family reunion.

We had a great time.
It was like coming home because we stayed there 2 years ago wonderful accommodations. Only 2 small issues: 3 of the bikes had flat tires and we had no way to pump them up. On one day the sprinklers stayed on almost all day. These didn't really bother us at all and they will soon be fixed I hope. There were plenty of towels and hot water. The water pressure was very good.

Great Place for Large Families
I'm one of six adult kids. My siblings each have several kids themselves. This house accommodated all of us with room to spare. The place was spotless and the check-in process was terrific. Plenty of parking for all of the cars we needed to park as well. Neighborhood was quite and not much traffic other than the occasional ATV traveling through. Most impressive was the host's attentiveness to the questions I'd ask her through the vrbo website. Highly recommend this place!

Fun Lakehouse
We stayed 3 nights with 25 people. The layout of the house was perfect for our group (girl cousins in the loft, boy cousins in the largest basement bedroom) and all 6 couples had their own bedrooms. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking (no liquid measuring cup though). The fridge was nice and big and there’s an icemaker in the freezer. The kids had fun playing on the playground in the yard and the fire pit is very nice. The view from all the windows off the back of the house is gorgeous. They provided hand soap but not shampoo or body wash. And they also had laundry detergent. There were a few plastic bags and some foil in one of the drawers but if you want Ziploc bags or other things like that bring your own. It was really windy/ rainy a couple days we were there so eating out on the deck wasn’t always an option- so we kind of ate in shifts at the bar (seats 4) and dining table (which seats 8-10). Things we wish we would have brought with us: Night lights- If you have little ones consider bringing night lights. All the stairwells are lit up but if the lights are all off it’s pretty dark. A fan- The loft did get quite warm- even after pulling out the trundle bed like they suggest. There was a fan up there but it didn’t work. Maybe bring your own fan for the loft. Several of the girls ended up going down to the basement (which was freezing cold) or the main floor (which was the perfect temperature) in the middle of the night because it was too hot to sleep in the loft. (It was such a fun space for them that they just kind of dealt with it.) Overall though, great stay- we really enjoyed it.

Plenty of amenities in the home. Great for large group of adults and kids. Only complaint is that with the large cleaning and maintenance fee that is charged. There seem to be a lot of cobwebs and dusty areas of the home and outside that hadn’t been tended to for sometime. Also could probably switch out some bed sheets that looked to have had older stains on them. Ultimately though it’s a great property and a great place to stay!

We have a large family for our reunions and it's been difficult to find a home with enough beds. The bed setup and sleeping arrangements were great for a large group of people. Home was clean and the location was great. We will definitely try to stay here for next years reunion.
