"This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll."

"The owner was very rude during the whole process and actuall lives upstairs. It is very difficult to access the place, three separate gates with different codes. Access to the bathroom was via 2nd bedroom and there was no door. So no privacy at all. Did not suit for two couples and we ended up departing early and booked into a hotel. Do not book this place ever."

"We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask. Our first vacation was a succes. Thank you!"

Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

"Fabulous location! We stayed 12 nights at this wonderful Villa in August and we had the most amazing holiday that has given us some fantastic memories. The house has everything you'd need. "Le Meridien is the perfect spot to stay in! It's location is near all the major attractions in Nice (Old Nice, Place Massena, the Beach front, etc.) It's also near a lot of delicious restaurants. Transportation is also really easy to access near the hotel. In addition, the staff were all kind and friendly. Bonus points because we were able to check-in early and received many recommendations for sites to visit in Nice. Our room was also cleaned everyday and we were given extra water. I would book again in this hotel if I return to Nice and will recommend it to all my friends and family."
