Spa is sub par, too expensive for what is offered. The water is warm in a plastic pitcher. The tea is a weak, lukewarm, unidentifiable brew. Both containers just plunked on a shelf. Given a hand towel, cheap beach chairs and pitiful locker room. Have to pay extra for use of stem etc., even after an 240 Euro treatment. I’m used to beautiful and spacious spas with a quiet and lush environment, fresh tea and snacks, new robes and an inviting locker room for a lot less. Not worth the time. Treatments were rushed and mechanical.
Only option for breakfast is buffet which is poorly done with expired juice and burned omelets.
The bellman were great!

"It was a bad experience I was not able to sleep well that night and then in the morning we checked out and forgot a diamond ring in the room - when we asked the staff they had to wait for the head of the cleaner I waited for 4 days but no luck - it was just a bad luck for us I guess to stay in that ..."
