“The rooms feel sterile and empty, desperately reaching for fresh and hip, like something a preteen built on the sims. Finishes are nonexistent. We could barely open or close our room door due to poor finishing or movement/settling. Very busy hotel for the location, we thought. Smells nice. Just kind of a strange spot. ”

“We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. I will say, when they gave us the correct room, there……

“I knew the hotel was old I didn’t know some places in the bathroom were uncleanable. Both elevators went out and I had to walk down three flights of stairs. I have a lung and heart condition along with rheumatoid and degenerative arthritis in my back and hips. I left.”

“While it was a clean place. There was only one elevator that worked which caused longer wait times. The pool was suppose to be heated and was not. And there was only one ice machine working which happen to not even be on our floor. And the AC in the room would not maintain temperature. ”
