The front entrance of the facility was under construction, so there was no direct access to the Lobby. The Lobby windows were covered in paper to block to construction site, making the Lobby very dark. The vent in our bathroom did not work and wasn't repaired when we reported our concern. The telephone in the living room was a prop; it had no cord to connect it to the phone system. It was not repaired when requested. We requested daily maid service and did not receive it. When the maid did come, our bathroom toiletries were not refreshed. The price for 2 cups of coffee and 2 muffins was approximately $20, which is ridiculously expensive. We ate down the street at The Waffle House for less!
