I would say we normally stay in the Marriotts, so we take a chance on this place. Yesterday morning ordered room service the lady was pretty rude, seemed frustrated the whole time. We wanted order smoothies also and asked her what’s in the smoothie. She said I have no way of knowing what’s in the smoothie. When we first got here, we asked for additional bedding and they never came, ended up calling back a couple hours later, and finally it did come. Let’s see, overall it’s pretty clean, but not really impressed enough to say I’d want to stay here again. Wanted to get some sodas and a snack for the kids and they do not have any sort of store inside to buy from, which I thought was pretty interesting and disappointing considering I think every Marriott that I’ve stayed in has some sort of small store to buy snacks from. So overall, not terrible, but we’ll see in the future if we come back to this place again. The valet is extremely slow. Probably an average of 30 minutes to get your car, they moved my seat, changed all the vents in my car, changed the air conditioning settings. You’re paying $59 a night. I expect premium service for that. Price on the menu in the room for room service was not the same thing that I was billed.
