Do not spend money to stay here. You are better off car camping at a rest area than staying here. The toilet literally had fecal matter and urine all over the seat. The toilet seat was broken. The whole hotel smelled horrible and was filthy. I actually felt more clean not showering than getting in the nasty shower.

Worst hotel stay EVER!!! They gave us room 143 next to the hotel’s laundry. At 9 pm loud banging started. I called front desk but got no answer. Hung up and called again, still no answer. So I went out to investigate noise. Laundry room door was open with unbalanced load in commercial washer, causing washer to bang against the floor. After stopping washer, I called front desk again. This time she answered. I explained two previous calls and what I did. She says she was with laundry person collecting towels. Questionable excuse since pool is next to front desk. Then she told me not to operate hotel equipment. At 11 pm the loud banging started again. I called front desk to complain about the loud noise, they told me I was being rude to them and that washing machine couldn’t be running because laundry person left. She then told me I could leave the hotel if I didn’t like the room. I said give me a refund and I would. She refused. I hung up and went to shut down the washer again but door was locked and I couldn’t access it. I called back to front desk to complain again about the noise. She finally agreed to check the washer. By the time she got there the spin had finished, but I asked to shut the washer off in case there was a second spin cycle. This room should not be rented out if they are doing laundry at night. Also, electric outlet by nightstand has no cover plate on it, no hooks for towels or clothes in bathroom and bathroom ceiling
