It was my first time in Chicago and the RIU made the experience fun and easy. The room was absolutely spotless! Bravo to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was a hit and very well organized, also very clean, bravo to that staff too! Rooftop was a gem, only thing I would’ve liked better were the heaters to be turned on earlier and not be so spread out, my mom and I ended up leaving too early because of how cold it was. The barbacoa tacos were to die for (chef’s kiss). My favorite part is that once you check out, they can store your bags so you could keep exploring the city. It was such a delight and I will definitely be back!!
