10/10 Excellent

"Everything"

Spacious family friendly 4-BR property with AC, Fireplace and WiFi in Sutton, WV

8/10 Good

"Brian is great, very friendly and assists in anything you need. He is a great host that is in the main part of the house(upstairs) and the rented part is the lower portion (basement) of the house. There are great walking trails , and lots of deer and other wild life on the property. The wood provided for fires was a great perk to have included and we really loved that. This is perfect for a hunting or fishing trip for men- I think the listing does lack important details that would allow you to set your expectations appropriately. The inside is maintained as a hunting camp , not cleaned like a family vacation spot. There is no ventilation in the shower or toilet rooms creating mildew and strong odor. We did have a great time overall but again i would set your expectations more of a men’s cabin with an upstairs neighbor rather than a private glamping situation."

"Very clean. Family friendly and beautiful scenery. We were only there for a 2 day weekend and didn’t get to take advantage of everything the resort offered like the pool and the grounds walking paths. I plan on returning for a longer stay in the spring/ summer. Bonus - I’m from Ohio and it doesn’t take long to get there - we can drive . The only thing- I think the restaurant is a little pricey. 38 a person for the buffet- it was good food but not 40 a person good . I’m not sure about regular prices on dishes . And the lounge next to it looked cool but like I said our time spent there was little."
