"(1) Although the reception was hardly ever maned, I only needed to press the call button and speak to the owner who was willing and able to help me with internet access and let me into the boot room when I forgot my room key. (2) The shower was piping hot with lots of hot water, nice after a hard day’s skiing however be careful, particularly with small children that you don’t get scalded. "

The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. "My wife, parents, and kids stayed at Rader overnight and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. Bockstein is a very scenic little town and a nice place for a walk. The hostess/operator of the hotel speaks English (which is fortunate because we don't speak much German) and helped us find a place nearby for a hike.
