We have stayed at Cartier Suites Hotel several times over the years. The location is really quite good - many interesting places are within walking distance. We were welcomed warmly by front office staff and check-in was easy and quick. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and made the most of our time at the hotel by swimming everyday. It is a family-on-a-budget-friendly hotel and we appreciated the amenities such as the kitchenette and parking on-site. We do believe the hotel is overdue for some updating: bathroom, bedroom, air conditioner. Although functional, there are improvements which could and should be made. We saw the same things exactly the same from 9 years ago. The hotel should however definitely keep on maintaining their wonderfully helpful and personable staff!

Unique experience and the chalet was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, and we also enjoyed the visit to the park. We booked last minute so it was quite expensive, but we would love to go back again in winter.
