I was disappointed I thought I would have a full kitchen but we had a stove with two burners and one didn't work. They had a nice refrigerator along with the small microwave and a toaster oven.

This property served our family well for our stay. We tried to use the fireplace but couldn’t figure it out, wasn’t a big deal and if I had called someone I’m sure they would have helped. The walking distance to the town action is good if you use the back stair case provided. If you walk up the front from town, you may need an O2 mask. Very strenuous 😁. Elevator worked as it should. Beds were comfortable, if you need flowing air bring a fan. Two issues…noise from upstairs, literally sounded like moving furniture, and it was after hours I just tried to ignore it but that’s hard at midnight and 5am. The other issue is the lack of water pressure, but it is in the 5th floor, expected. Views are really nice.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. We did not see the staff the entire time we were there but check in and check out was super easy. The “hot tub” was just a very large bathtub in the room; if you plan on using it, start filling it up 2 hours before you want to get in because it takes FOREVER to fill. Parking was very easy and there were several bellhops to get your luggage inside (stairs and elevator available). We mainly spent our visit hiking and this place was very close to the park entrance (24 minutes). Also walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg (you can use the back door for a short cut); about a 12 minute walk. Overall really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back. Only negative: no shampoo or conditioner in condo, bring your own.

Loved the location. Can walk to the Aquarium end of the Gatlinburg downtown strip. There is a neighborhood bear that walks by in the evenings (we saw it twice from our 3rd floor balcony). You do need to be "Bear Aware" in the area. Very quiet at night, with ample parking. There are several hotel style luggage carts available to move your luggage and stuff to the unit. We will be using this location again when we go back.

Room was clean and nicely cool. We went during the peak heat wave time. Sofa bed was in poor condition with spring almost gone. Dont go for 1 bedroom condo sofa bed if you are a family of 4. In kitchen too, only one burner on stove was functional. Even after complaining, it was not fixed. Location is good and convenient from downtown. Parking is good too. Keep bear sprays as walk to downtown you may encounter bears.
