Cabin Assistance/Emergency/Housekeeping: Once you arrive to the cabin please let us know if you need assistance with anything. If you have an issue with the cleanliness of the cabin, we would rather know upon your arrival instead of in a review, so PLEASE CONTACT US! This cabin is nestled in the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts community, It's about 16 miles from downtown Gatlinburg where you can enjoy major attractions like the Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It Or Not or Anakeesta. . It is located just minutes from other major attractions, shopping and dining. Close by, you will find the Gatlinburg Community Center which offers an indoor swimming pool, basketball/racquet ball court (ping pong and billiards), fitness center, bowling center and much more! . This beautiful authentic log cabin is located away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far out. Check In: 4:00 pm EST Check Out: 10:00 am EST Two days prior to your check in, you will receive an email with your Cabin Key Code for the cabin's keyless entry system, cabin Wifi code, cabin phone number, directions to the cabin and Contact information for cabin assistance and emergencies. You will go directly to the cabin to check in. \*\*\*No early check-ins without prior approval There will be a $50 per hour charge for late check outs without prior approval. You're never alone when you're with someone special. The charming real log cabin "Together Always" is close to the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts district, as well as to dining, shopping, and entertainment options. It is also only a short drive from the downtown Parkway. Featuring a wood burning stove, indoor jetted Jacuzzi, fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, covered rear porch with rocking chairs, forest view, and outdoor hot tub, this house is all on one level. Together Always log cabin is located close to many attractions and activities including the Gatlinburg Community Center (requires a small entry fee) which offers an indoor swimming pool, basketball/racquetball court (ping pong and billiards), fitness center, bowling center and much more! Trolley Rides and Taxi One of the best and most efficient ways to get around Gatlinburg is by using the Gatlinburg Trolley system and taxi. Uber and Lyft It is possible to book an Uber or Lyft but not guaranteed. Another easy and fun way to get out and see the city is by renting a scooter! Kids and adults alike think that this is a great way to explore the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Cabin was OK. Tips. No condiments what so ever, except a few packets of sugar. No coffee filters. Coffee pot broken. Ice cube trays in freezer but no ice cubes. Kitchen equipment sparse. Fans had 2 inches of dust didn't want to use. Hope tub cold, 12 hours to heat up. We typically grill every night, but instead had to eat out due to the grill not being functional. When i addressed this through text as asked, it was brushed off. Even if grills are not allowed on the porch, if you advertise a grill, at least make it functional. the other complaints I didn’t even bother mentioning were, the parking was horrible. we had to back in a very little space in order to get the the cabin. there were cobwebs everywhere. toilet had to be flushed twice each time it was used. Kitchen could use a update on utensils and pots and pans. We only had 3 forks but other then that it was a wonderful stay. It was super comfortable and in a great location—it felt like we were by ourselves in the middle of nowhere but we were right outside of Gatlinburg. We loved the hot tub and jacuzzi, but we could've used more initial clarification on hot tub use.
