I did a review a review previously of the hotel but mixed up the hotels This particular hotel is fantastic for location / transportation and the staff is very nice . Hotel needs some updates on the HVAC system

Whilst cosmetically updated, there’s still sockets for fax machines to connect and a yellowed telephone. A free bottle of water wouldn’t go a miss either. Very convenient for the station though

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and the room was well-equipped with coffee maker, fridge, microwave and so on. But the room faced the train tracks with nothing but double glazing and a low wall between us and the tracks about 25 meters away. It wasn’t that it was loud but it was perceptible through the night. It totally surprising given that we chose the hotel as close to the station but, in retrospect, there were better options just as close on side streets off the opposite side of the street. We liked the Geneva Travel Pass provided. We liked the hotel in general but the proximity to the tracks (as opposed to proximity to the station) was a drawback.

We had an amazing stay! The facilities were incredible (including a little kitchenette) so we could buy and prepare our own food. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus, you get a transport card which made exploring Geneva super easy. Thank you so much, the only hotel we will be staying in from now on.
