"Floor in shower super slippery. Be very careful. Large globs of a brown glue on the wall of bathroom. Had trouble regulating heat. Staff was very nice."

"Room, staff, pool and breakfast options were great. Got to my room and the heater wasn’t working. I called the front desk and they said they’d send maintenance to check it out. Less than a minute and a gentleman arrived who was very friendly, and less than 5 minutes it was fixed. Great staff with quick response."
