“While the room was clean and quite big, the mattresses were extremely hard and not comfortable at all. This being said, the electric blankets were a nice touch, and the overall room layout was very nice, especially the outisde shower which was quite a hit with the kid. The staff was very pleasant, the giraffes awesome to stare at, and the breakfast quite hearty, but we honestly found the nightly cost to be quite expensive for what we got.”

“The hotel unfortunately is a bit run down, neglected maintenance and during our stay they were renovating Spa (closed), Lifestyle Center (closed), phone system & water system (brownish at times) which is a lot at one time. We found the entry exit procedure extremely annoying, scan vehicle, scan drivers licence, call hotel to open barrier and when they don't pick up you're left there standing. Each and every time you leave! Also ocean view (at extra cost) from our room very debatable as the golf……
