“Great place, centrally located, Jason was a great host (very communicative and accommodating). The complex is safe and has a nice poolside cafe, the bartender/chef is great. Truly enjoyed our stay at Bimini Bay HOA and would recommend it. ”

“This is a cute little place very convenient to everything Paradise Island has to offer. We found the property to be as listed and enjoyed our stay! The property lists there is a spiral staircase so please take note of that but we had no issues hauling baggage up the stairs. The neighbors were also very friendly and even invited us over for dinner one evening. The complex as a whole was very quiet and the beach here is lovely. It’s also extremely convenient to have Violas just steps away for……

“This is such a cute place—very much reminiscent of true Bahamas. They have a great restaurant called Violas that has well-priced and delicious food items. The staff are all very friendly. Only one thing I would change—I landed and by the time I got my rental car and luggage, the front office was closed and I hadn’t received any check in codes or anything, so I got stressed. I couldn’t reach anyone the entire drive from the airport to the hotel. Thankfully, they had an amazing guard named Hendrix……

“The place was not clean, didn’t have enough items like towels, cups for the size of the 3 bedroom condo. The place was run down and seemed like the owner wasn’t managing the property well. The host responded to messages but didn’t do much to fix our concerns quickly. He was not in the country but I would think he would have someone there to manage the property. The location was excellent and the Sandy Port resort was great with many options to eat/drink in the area. ”
