"The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was a smell immediately upon opening the door, there were water stains in the ceiling, pieces of hair in the bathroom and marks on the walls. When asked to see another room, the main door of the room wouldn't shut. "

"El servicio por parte del personal es hostil!!! Una de las reservaciones no apareció simplemente por una letra cambiada en el nombre y a pesar de que se les mostró tarjeta de crédito que se usó para la reservación y Expidea llamándole para la reservación le colgaron la llamada a la empleada de Expidea y otra de la reservación la cancelaron porque el Check In es después de la 3pm pero el vuelo se atrasó y la persona llegó a las 5 am y ellos la habían cancelado porque no llegaron a las 3pm"

"We had several issues while staying here from them losing power and not having a backup generator to the elevator nor work to no hot water. Internet not working so not able to watch tv. Pool area had chemiclas all over the deck area, to dirty bathrooms. Addressed these issues with staff and was promised that management would contact me within 72 hrs. Nothing from management but noticed they refunded $23.25 back to my card. They should have done better than that. I would not recoomend this place for any military families. "

"I loved the staff; they were great and super helpful, especially Ms.Lesilie. However, the room I stayed in wasn't the cleanest. The shower curtain was brown and had little black stains on it, as if bugs had been smashed on it. The bed sheets had red staining on them, so I got new ones. Overall, I loved the time spent here. I just wish it were cleaner. "
