"This is a lovely hotel for solo travelers like me who just want a place to crash and are out for most of the day. It was clean and spacious in the room, and I appreciated the free tea and kettle (I was able to make myself oatmeal for breakfast that way, which helped my budget). The location is very close to the D trolley stops, which I appreciated, although be warned that to get to them, you have to climb or go down a huge staircase (can be difficult with luggage or mobility limitations). I found it also very walkable without transit. There was very little security in the lobby after hours but nothing bad happened and I think there is just less concern for crime in general than in the States. I also appreciated that they arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for me!"

"Enjoyed our stay at Arthotel ANA Gala in Vienna. We arrived at the hotel quite late and the hotel out of ours support was already aware of our late arrival and checked us in over the phone. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is a few stops away from the Vienna central and it's close to the D tram link and U6 metro line."
