“Great location - middle of a lot of interesting things to do. Pleasant staff, concierge are very helpful. Some room issues - but I was moved to another that had a better view.

“Terrible experience with Cosy, very poor service.
1. They changed my apartment location without notification - tired after work, rang the host severally without anyine picking up it returning my call. Turn up at the property to be told I had been moved to a another property.
2. I intentionally booked a property with parking to be told by security at the building I was moved to that this apartment doesn't have parking and that I may be asked to park on the road. To this, I said I will not be……

“I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for.
I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late.
Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again.
