“Hotel is in a great location. Not far from the airport. So you will hear flights overheard. Lovely reception area. Check in was quick and straightforward. Special mention to Kekeli and Bismarck. Great breakfast choices. Staff were superb, so helpful and very pleasant.
Room was clean. Very spacious and aircon worked very well. The Atrium area and bar is great. The pool area is small but a nice extra bonus. Will definitely return. ”

“My stay at Urbano Hotel left me with mixed feelings, but unfortunately one experience during checkout overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.

“there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself.”
