“Great location and nice restaurants near by. Employees were nice and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in time and the manager was very accommodating. He got us an upgrade to stay in since our room wasn’t ready yet and that was very helpful because we had a long travel day prior. ”

“I was told the place is disability friendly but its definitely not. I wont recommend coconut grove to anyone, essentially, disabled people. Im a wheelchair user. If i could have move to a different hitel, i would have was extremely tired.”

“Dirty dingy towels and bed sheets. Asked for clean ones and was told that is the color. I checked out early to another hotel. Highly inconvenient”

“Overall, the check-in process was cumbersome, given that we had to go into the lobby, take an elevator down to the garage, go to another building, then up to the unit we booked. The check-in attendant was not forthcoming about their knowledge of the presence of cockroaches at Chateau Towers. There wasn't an iron readily available in the unit and we were in a hurry to make it to an evening obligation-- this caused a delay. This was a very inconvenient experience.”

“This property is not at all what it looks like in the pictures as if the pictures were taken when they FIRST opened and NEVER received any maintenance. Ever since open. Not suitable at all ”
