“I was told the place is disability friendly but its definitely not. I wont recommend coconut grove to anyone, essentially, disabled people. Im a wheelchair user. If i could have move to a different hitel, i would have was extremely tired.”

“When I tried to check in I was told that there were no rooms available. I had to insist on being given a room; especially when I had paid full r it more than 2 weeks in advance. Apparently it is something that happens often with the company listing the property. ”

“Dirty dingy towels and bed sheets. Asked for clean ones and was told that is the color. I checked out early to another hotel. Highly inconvenient”

“We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.”

“This property is not at all what it looks like in the pictures as if the pictures were taken when they FIRST opened and NEVER received any maintenance. Ever since open. Not suitable at all ”
