Inside the LA SELVA residence on the first hill of Ghiffa, in a sunny and panoramic position, there is the Bella Rosa apartment. The bright living room has a dining table, satellite TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchen area open to the living room is well equipped. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a tub/shower. The living room leads to a large private terrace, approximately 20 m2. equipped with a dining table, deck chairs and umbrella, from which you can enjoy a spectacular lake view. Behind the house there is a reserved and covered parking space. In the residence there are tennis courts (for a fee), swimming pool and solarium included in the price. Bella Rosa apartment is located in front of Barbara and it is possible to rent them together. At 300 m. you reach the lake and the beaches. In 5 min. by car you can reach the center of Verbania or Ghiffa with bars, restaurants and shops and the port to reach the famous Borromeo islands. Pets allowed for a fee.

Très bien, tout était conforme à l'annonce.Procédure d'arrivée très bien expliquée, en revanche pour le départ, pas d'information concernant le dépôt des clés. On a improvisé.

Gesamteindruck Wohnung etwas billig. Kleine Schäden da und dort. Vorhang Wohnzimmerfront lediglich zwei schmale "Fähnchen". Terassentüre extrem schwer zu öffnen. Badezimmer klein, mit Anmutung aus den 1970-ern. Keine Ablage im Bad/Toilette. Nur eine dünne Rolle Klopapier für eine Woche. Wohnung hellhörig.Positiv:Top-Aussicht von Terrasse auf den Lago. Überdachter Parkplatz direkt oberhalb der Wohnung. Sehr ruhig insgesamt (solange Nachbarn nicht feiern). Nur wenige Auto-Minuten bis nach Verbania. Ein fehlender Haarfön wurde umgehend durch einen neuen ersetzt.
