My room was very spacious, clean and quiet. There is good access to Highway 2 and to shops and restaurants in Leduc.

I found flies and hair behind the door in my bathroom.

Upon arrival, I was offered a room that had a terrible smell. It smelled like wet, dirty carpet and it was a strong smell. I asked for a different room. This room was also not clean. I always check for bed bugs in any hotel by tearing back all of the blankets and lifting the mattress. I've had to learn this lesson the hard way. The bed skirt had stains, dust bunnies and hairs from previous guests on it, the toilet didn't flush and I'd had to call maintenance to repair (which they did, quickly). The beds were also lumpy and not very comfortable. With other close by options, I won't be staying here again.

Was great last moment, even had laundry mat to be able to wash clothes.

I will always stay here when I need to come to Edmonton. Staff is very welcoming and the restaurant food is awesome.
