We had a wonderful experience at Moon Palace! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. What truly made our stay special was the staff. They can do so much better honestly. First vacation I couldn’t wait to go back home. No entertainment, the place is falling apart, pool is so so dirty I mean dirty, food is always the same EVERYDAY. Staff were super nice and I loved the coffee shop. I will never be going back here though. Me or the 3 other families that came with me.

They really push their customers to do the 90-minute property tour. The place has also started falling a little behind on maintenance over the years. The food choices at the restaurants are good, and overall, I was happy with my stay. However, next time I’m in Cancun, I’ll probably try a different resort.
