Location was great, we were looking forward to using the hot tub & it was out of order, & the pool is outdoors. No elevator & a quite a long trek from our vehicle & up the stairs. Really could have used a nice soak in the hot tub after carrying all that luggage!

Very clean but very dated. Concrete everything (walls, floor) but very dog friendly. Great location within walking distance to everything you would need in Upper Gibsons. Short walk but steep hill down to Gibson’s Landing.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful, the room was just a little disappointing for the price point. The floors were sticky and dirty and there was dried liquid spilled down the bathroom door. Otherwise clean and decent.

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities in the room such as fridge, microwave oven coffee maker and kettle were useful. The only disappointment was that the advertised included breakfast was a coupon to Tim Hortons which was several blocks away. We were expecting a buffet style breakfast within the inn itself.

Room was nice and clean, washroom had some permanent stains..amenities were fine timings of closing amenities was 9pm was too early if you're back from outside and want get some relax in sauna or jacuzzi its closed by the time you reached to hotel. Breakfast was arranging and collaborating with A&W a block away..was not having enough options for allergies..or if you customize with vegan options you need to pay extra..overall stay was okay.and onroad location was quite accessible for transit..29mins walk to the centre..Plenty of parking.

Although the room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly, the room does need an upgrade. For the rate we paid, we could have stayed at an upscale hotel in Vancouver, not a 90’s renovated Inn. Bed was firm and hard, pillows were good. Overall, decent stay if it were priced appropriately.

We were booked into room on the second floor with no elevator. The staff was however very accommodating to assist with our luggage. A bit of a challenge for seniors who have no help with their luggage.

Staff have always been good and the large dog friendly rooms good but not very affordable for us.Plus the floors are not cleaned regularly.Have been dirty on last two visits.Cleaning crews don't seem to have vacuums or mop and bucket which explains why floors are dirty.We spent 2 hours cleaning with equipment purchased at London Drugs.
