Fabulous room with a view of canada place

I got the comfort room which comes with a separate bathroom. The hosts were super sweet, welcoming. They provide a lot of amenities and my room and bathroom felt so clean and luxurious. Their home is in a beautiful and safe area. I truly enjoyed staying with them and would come again whenever I visit Vancouver next.

Hotel in a great location, but what really set the property apart from others was the staff- we interacted with several employees at the front desk as well as the housekeeping staff. My wife and I have rarely been so impressed with ALL of their friendliness, willingness to help with any questions/issues, and knowledge of the property (we had questions about the Nespresso coffee maker in the room and the television's ability to stream from our phone). VERY impressed with the hotel and their attention to all the details of their guests' stays. Nice bonus was the availability of complimentary bikes (incl water bottles and bike locks) that we were able to use and ride around Stanley Park and other areas. Will definitely be back next time when visiting Vancouver...you won't be disappointed with this boutique hotel!

Amazing stay here! I can’t say enough. When we walked through the door to the room, we were greeted with an incredible view from the 30th floor- floor to ceiling windows and the soft sounds of jazz music playing in the background. A great welcome! The place was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed and spacious shower. This is a vacation suite within the Sheraton North Tower property centrally located downtown within easy walking distance to some of Vancouver’s best destinations. There is also a Starbucks in the South Tower and a nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Great stay!
