“Diana and Steve are the best hosts! Our accommodations were exactly as advertised- clean and comfortable. The riding was great, we even got to ride one day while it was snowing! Lots of trails that are easily accessible and home is in a very nice neighborhood. What a great place to stay! ”

“Property was great, in a nice location to fit my f450 and gooseneck trailer. Inside was still decorated for Christmas which was nice. The stream in the backyard with fire pit made for a relaxing evening. Host was awesome. Will definitely be back”

“Great place to stay in Welch. Everything was as described in description. Clean and check in was easy. Trailer parking is limited for longer trailers but fine for my 12 foot. Yes the train is loud but gives the place some built in entertainment.”

“This place was a wonderful place to stay the host Gary is incredible. The house was very clean and only a short mile to the trail system down the road looks like very nice neighborhood wasn't worried about anything what do ever. Has everything you need at the house including firewood bathroom utensils and all other necessities.i would definitely think about staying there again and if you are looking and pick this place you won't be sorry!”

“Sarah is accommodating and very prompt in communication. No notebook of demands, no intrusion, no hassle - arrival and entry was flawless and the space is cute, clean and comfy with a homey vibe. Even though it's quite small, the cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable for the week. Temps were below freezing first couple of days with a few inches of snow but the cottage stayed warm and cozy. Great space for a couple. Peace and quiet away from the city was nice.We arrived for...

“Room was clean and well stocked. There is a fridge and microwave which I couldn't tell from the listing, and was nice to have! Nice location close to Matewan where our event was located. Quiet area and lots of parking which was great since we had two cars. My only "complaint" was too many plug in air fresheners, but that's a personal preference that I won't hold against them :) I just unplugged them during our stay so I didn't get a migraine. ”

“The host was so gracious, she all the little amenities out( soaps, tooth paste, lotion,hair products etc. Thanks for a wonderful time! So happy my grandkids got to see snow! Would definitely recommend for a large family!”

“The home was extremely nice. We had a great time. The only negative thing I have is the kitchen had rusted pans, so i purchased 2 frying pans and left then for the home. Also there was only 1 hot pad for taking pans out of the oven. We also enjoyed the use of the garage with the wood burning stove. ”
