“The property is in a peaceful and beautiful setting, a bit outside the main town of Lauterbrunnen. We had stated we needed two beds in two rooms made up but sheets and towels were only made for one bed and one room. It was hot with no screens on windows and one fan. The cost for this was not reasonable for what is provided. We ended up leaving after one night.”

“We truly loved staying at Racers Retreat 5. The views were spectacular and the weather was cool and sunny in October. This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults. We made so many happy memories in Switzerland! We enjoyed the beautiful walk each day from our townhouse to the shops and train station. It was so scenic we never minded the walk, even after a full day of adventurous activities. Don't miss the paragliding, gorgeous canyon walk, roller coaster cars, and zip lines. So many fun……

“A beautiful apartment with amazing views. Located directly on the main street of town, I was a bit worried about noisy conditions, but the house was wonderfully quiet! The kitchen was well outfitted for basic meals and the downstairs bathroom was beautifully done and very spacious.”

“What a wonderful place to stay. 5 stars and anyone considering staying here with two families or a large family should stay here. Attentive. Clean. Responsive. Everything you would want. Only item to note (small one) is the downstairs master bedroom is a bit peculiar. No real bathroom or shower. But it’s cold and a fine sleep. Otherwise, PERFECTION!!!”

The view of the lake and mountains from the bedroom and terrace is unreal, great for family photography!The space fit our group comfortably, and relaxing in the hot tub and sauna after exploring was an amazing experience. Having a local bakery nearby, hiking trails, and the Niederhorn cable car nearby made daily trips super easy.
