"We had a comfortable stay at The Hotel while visiting family in the area. We enjoyed not having to leave the hotel to dine . The restaurants on site were delicious."

"My 1st room smelled a lot like smoke and the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. After refusing a deodorizing room spray, I was moved to another room. The mattresses in both rooms were old, lumpy and very uncomfortable. I slept on the lounge chair the entire stay. When asked for the room to be cleaned, filling the body soap dispenser was missed and I had to ask for it to be filled. When I engaged the cleaning staff for towels or the liquid soap, they were nice and responded immediately. The front desk staff were just ok, nothing impressive. "
