“Our whole family (6 kids across 4 families) all chose this hotel for the pool. We showed up after a long drive to get here to find out the pool was close, despite being on the phone with them the day before with no mention from staff. Nothing on the website said the pool was closed. No effort to offer discounts or process or procedures in place to notify guests that their main amenity is out of service. Will not stay here again for that reason, despite the fact that it was clean.”

“Front desk staff were nice enough to change my room to one located farther away from the busy road sonit was alot quieter. The room was basic old fashioned motel room. Unfortunetly although updated the bathroom smelled musty and mildew like the bathroom fan went on with the light was old and noisy. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a small cloth and thw cloth was dirty when i finished so the floors were obviously dirty and i wore my sandles inside afterwards not barefoot.……

“We really liked this accommodation. Facility is modern and very clean. Room had a fridge with freezer that had 2 bottles or water and 2 cans of pop stocked for us. Breakfast was good (muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt and coffee and juice) with a very clean dining room. There’s a tennis court and large yard for playing outdoor games or just lounging in the lovely chairs provided. Only downfall we noted is the hand soap in bathroom (you have to squeeze the bottle to get soap out which……
