Beautiful large apartment, nice and clean, Q stay had great communication happy with their service. Aircon wasn’t working but was notified by Q stay early so I was aware, the apartment had a portable aircon it was very noisy to use at night. I found chevron towers very confusing parking wasn’t signed very well. Overall the apartment location is excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Was horrible from the instance we arrived at the door. Used underpants from previous tenants. The apartment seemed like it wasn't even cleaned at all from the cleaners. Mouldy bowls, hair in the shower, bobby pins everywhere throughout the apartment. Loads of dust. Ensuite sink was blocked and couldn't use it. Also, the front door was wide open when we arrived. I did call on the first day. Regarding the Toilet and toilet paper holder, and cleanliness. And requested it to be fixed as we have little kids, none other it's a hygiene matter and pretty gross. The lady (can't remember her name) said it was broken previous tenants and said it couldn't be fixed. I asked for another room. But she said everything was booked. We were pretty pissed off. And almost inclined of changing hotels. As a consumer i would expect that the facilities. Would be in all forms of hygiene and working order. When you have people book your rooms

I would like to express my disappointment with our stay at Chevron Apartments. At the beginning of our stay, we reported that the toilet cistern lid was missing. We were advised that this would be fixed; however, despite following up, it was never resolved. As a result, we had to use the toilet without the cistern lid for the entire five-day stay. In addition, we experienced the following issues during our stay: Both bathroom hand basins were continuously blocked and drained very slowly. The washing machine was extremely noisy during the spin cycle, to the point where it was uncomfortable to remain inside the apartment while it was operating. The Foxtel remote control had no batteries, so we were unable to use the service. The middle bedroom door would not lock properly. When it did lock, it required considerable force and was very difficult to operate. These maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay, and it was disappointing that the reported toilet issue was not addressed despite assurances that it would be.

Email was sent by Q Stay with confirmation of our room on level 26 ocean views. 3 night stay. Very special occasion for my daughters 9th birthday day. I had shown her and she was suoer excited. We were give a room on level 12 with views nothing like 26. I made a complaint and we they offered another hotel a few kilometre away. Its was nice. But by then it was nearly dark and we had enough by then. I had booked originally somewhere close to everything. We had to drive everywhere instead.

Excellent location, uses and family appropriate.

We had a great time at the Chevron. The view, space and facilities at the chevron was great. I can’t complain. Kids loved the pool, the indoor pool and spa as well as the close by beach. The cleanliness of the building was good, the lift area was sometimes stuffy and not perfectly smelling I guess due to age of building. We were here during school holidays, so occasionally the pool are was overcrowded and there were no chairs to sit on. The pool chairs/lounge were very uncomfortable. But overall, it was a great place and great value cor money. I’ll come again.

It was ok, a bit let go but over all it was disappointing. I was happy to leave. We only were given 1 key which impacted our stay. We had to chase them for a second key and yet over our 6 day stay they were unable to produce a second key that would have allowed us to make the most of our stay with our young family. There was no drive from the accomodation provider to ensure we were satisfied with the service. I think when we checked in she was more occupied with the gum in her mouth than serving us.

Old, dirty, and lacking. The pool was dirty. Rubbish everywhere. Did not once see staff cleaning around the premises during our whole stay. Extremely busy time and only 2 lifts where working. 15 plus minutes wait. Will not stay or recommend to anyone.
