"The place was absolutely beautiful, everything remodeled. Washer and dryer right in suite in a separate room. It all seemed brand new. And, there were even freshly baked chocolate cookies in the room for us when we arrived. The host was friendly and so accommodating...did so much to make our stay wonderful."

The reason for the poor communication rating is because we didn't receive an email from VRBO with check-in instructions. When arrived, we luckily were spotted by the neighbor who cleans the property and was able to let us in."
