"This hotel is the BEST all around for excellent service I’ve been to in Victoria and I’ve been to many of the “best”. The front desk staff were amazing, the room was perfect, I appreciate the cleaning staff and could see great detail put into their work, the suite didn't have a speck of dust. Bed was soft, quality linens. Parking was great and the location made it easy to explore downtown on foot. I cannot wait to stay again :) "

"Very clean rooms. Staff was all beyond amazing, friendly and attentive! The only complaint I have is that we didn’t get a balcony in our room as advertised (our friends who booked at the same time as us got the balcony) and also it got a little bit warm in the room and they didn’t seem to have an AC in our room but cracking a window helped. Not sure how it would be in summer. "

"Really enjoyed the Harbour Master Suite and the size of the space. Great to have separate sleeping spaces and a dining room table to work and eat on. Needs better lighting in the living room and dining room spaces as there was none. The lights from the bed and hallway are too small and far away to light the living spaces."
