“Poor service of Sona and pool”

“The room, bathroom and balcony was beautiful. We had to take a short walk to a sister hotel in order to use the pool and sauna, which were not great. There was also a day and a half where we had no hot water, but other than all this, our stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and very helpful ”

“Tolle Lage, jede Menge Lokale und Shops an der Bay. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Abendunterhaltung inklusive. Mega Frühstücksbuffet. Tolle Aussicht und rooftop pool. Leider war das Wetter zu schlecht, um es zu genießen. Busbahnhof gleich um die Ecke. Beste art um auf der Insel herum zu kommen. Auch direct line zum Flughafen. Wir kommen gerne im Sommer wieder.”

“We loved staying here. The hotel staff and property were wonderful. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The staff were very helpful with any questions or needs. The property was well kept with a bar and lobby area to relax in after a day of exploring. The breakfast had a great selection to choose from and was an excellent start to the day. The location was close to main bus station for easy access to explore. There were many areas close to dine and shop. Only disappointment was that the……

“Televisión no working. Cold room and worst food ever ”

“Generally not good value for money. The room is was super tiny, was not able to open a bigger suitcase properly. The system of lights automatically turning on during night when someone uses the bathroom is smart but also annoying for the other person in the room and we did not find a way to turn it off. ”

“newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.”

“Everything was Perfect. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the owner was very hospitable to our entire family. They provided a crib for the baby, a high chair, and even a bathtub. The rooftop spa was a great option. The private jacuzzi on the terrace was also great. We will definitely be back.
