“The hotel overall was stunning especially the indoor pool but the room was one of the worst laid out i have stayed in with no desk area and the sink for bathroom in the middle of the room, no privacy. We had no window which made the room feel small and stuff despite it being a king room, felt like it had no ventilation. Lights and AC were on some sort of timer that kept going off and couldnt be disabled. Not the standard im used to from a hyatt.”

“The hotel has added several items from my last visit and are still working on to make the experience better for its customers. We really enjoy the pool area where there is always room for its guests, and poolside service - no need to get up from your sunlounger!
